This experience includes crossing the borders of the Republic of Croatia and exiting the Schengen area. To cross the borders you must carry a valid document (identity card, passport or visa). The type of the needed document depends on your citizenship and conditions on cooperation between the domicile state and the state you are travelling to.
By purchasing the experience, the Customers, that is, all end users of the services, accept and assume the responsibility of independent verification and possession of the necessary and valid documents.
Please have in mind that passport control is mandatory and waiting time is beyond our control.

What happens after I get the voucher

Cancellation terms

In case of booking cancellation: 

  • more than 24 hours before the booked date, no fee is charged.
  • between 24 to 12 hours before the booked date 50% of the total amount is charged.
  • within 12 hours before the booked date 100% of the total amount is charged.
  • in case of no show, 100% of the entire amount will be charged.
