Guide at Plitvice: up to 4 - 4,5 hours, tour of the Lower or Upper Lakes 

Not recommended for persons with limited mobility due to slippery and uneven surfaces.

Comfortable shoes and casual clothes are recommended.

Due to unpredictable weather conditions in spring and autumn, bring a raincoat or umbrella.

Depending on the season, bring sun protection (sunglasses, cap and sunscreen).

Bringing water, snacks, etc., is recommended.

If a meal is included, please specify all special dietary needs when booking the excursion.

Bring comfortable and light clothing as one part of the trip will be done on foot.

Prepare a printed or electronic version of the voucher to present to the experience organiser upon request.

In case of booking cancellation:
- within 12 hours before the booked date, 100% of the total amount is charged.
- between 24 to 12 hours before the booked date, 50% of the total amount is charged.
- more than 24 hours before the booked date, no fee is charged.
- In case of no show, 100% of the entire amount will be charged.
