Cancellation due to bad weather is agreed upon with the skipper on the day of the trip. If it is mutually agreed that the weather is not favorable, the trip is canceled without charge.

Bring your passport (your passport data are necessary to register your stay on the boat).

Prepare a printed or electronic version of the voucher to present to the experience organiser upon request.

In case of booking cancellation:

• more than 7 days before the booked date, no fee is charged.
• within 7 days before the booked date, 50% of the entire amount will be charged
• in case of no show, 100% of the entire amount will be charged.
