This experience includes crossing the borders of the Republic of Croatia.

To cross the borders you must carry a valid document (identity card, passport or visa). The type of the needed document depends on your citizenship and conditions on cooperation between the domicile state and the state you are travelling to.
By purchasing the experience, the Customers, that is, all end users of the services, accept and assume the responsibility of independent verification and possession of the necessary and valid documents.


Pet policy: 

  • All animals must be in possession of the international passport for animals and should be in possession of all vaccines required by both the point of origin and the destination port.
  • The carrier will not be held responsible if the embarkation of the animal at the place of departure or the disembarkation at the port of destination is prohibited due to the lack of necessary documents and vaccines. In such cases, passengers accompanied by pets will compensate the carrier for any damages and expenses, including, without limitation, the issuance of a one-way/return ticket, depending on the application.
  • The transport of cats requires the provision of suitable cages.
  • Dogs must not measure over 60 cm in length and 50 cm in height (from the head). All dogs must have a leash and a muzzle.
  • All animals must be declared on booking.
  • The ship’s captain can, at their own discretion and in the interest of other passengers, prohibit the embarkation of an animal, regardless of whether it has been properly declared and whether the owner has all the necessary documents and proof of received vaccinations for their pet. In such cases, the carrier will not be held responsible for refunding the pet fee or the passenger ticket amount.
  • Please note that your pet will not necessarily be accommodated in the seating area.
  • Pets are subject to a surcharge of 10€ per pet.

Every boat departure and arrival is proceeded by border control.

What happens after I get the voucher

Prepare a printed or electronic version of the voucher to present to the experience organiser upon request.

Cancellation terms

In case of booking cancellation:

  • Within 12 hours before the booked date 100% of the total amount is charged.
  • Between 24 to 12 hours before the booked date 50% of the total amount is charged.
  • More than 24 hours before the booked date no fee is charged.
  • In case of no show 100% of the entire amount will be charged.
  • In case of illness, passengers are required to provide necessary documentation in order to apply for refund.
